The one con that holds her down and stops her from being insanely good is her lack of PER and weakness to Anticipation, but even then she has so many pros that they don't make her all that bad. And she even has a TD to help with annoying Pango or TDA bases.

She has the legendary TT gimmick, Shock + ET, and loads of Evasion, NER, and stamina regen. Finally, Her moveset isn't actually that bad. While she's rather glassy, she makes up for it with her phenomenal speed, stat-wise. Her relics are amazing for a support, giving you more than enough stamina to not need to worry about drain.

She has SC: PEP + Evasion, Rendering her pretty much unkillable until she gets a turn in. UV Fusion is a solid Magic monster, who isn't meta breaking but certainly a monster that can work in some teams.
