The only way to play CS2 on a Mac is to use an application or tool such as Apple Bootcamp or Parallel that allows you to launch Windows or Linux on your Mac. I have tried verifying files, uninstalling and reinstalling, relaunching steam, and all the other usual methods, none of these work.
